GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION UNDER CATEGORY ‘B’ ADMISSIONS

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Application from can be obtained from the college office or downloaded from the college website. The filled in applications are to be submitted to the address given below. The College requires each applicant to submit the relevant documents listed below. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that all the required documents needed to complete the application are submitted in time. Application are invited for admission in to category ‘B’ seats for the below mentioned programs for the academic year.

ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility criteria is as per the guidelines issued by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE)/Pharmacy Council of India/AICTE

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • 1. Rank card of EAMCET-2018 / GPAT / PGECET-2018

  • 2. Hall Ticket of EAMCET-2018 / GPAT / PGECET-2018

  • 3. SSC or its equivalent Pass Certificate

  • 4. Intermediate or its equivalent Pass Certificate/Marks Memo

  • 5. Study/Residence Certificate for last 7 years.

  • 6. Transfer certificate

  • 7. Migration Certificate and Equivalent Certificate in case of other state candidates

  • 8. Caste Certificate as applicable (for SC/ST/BC)

  • 9. Six passport size photographs


OTHER INFORMATION:

The duly filled-in application along with enclosures should be submitted in College Office in person or by Registered Post to the Principal, Sri Vasavi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peddapalli, Near: Bhakrapeta Railway station, Kadapa.

Online submission of application along with the scanned copies of enclosures may be sent through e-mail to vipskdp@rediffmail.com. However, the hard copy of the application of such candidates along with Cash/Demand Draft should be submitted in College Office in person or by Registered Post to the Principal, Sri Vasavi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.


CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION UNDER ‘B’ CATEGORY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS/FEE REIMBURSEMENT.

Any vacancies subsequent to the above process, after exhausting the merit and wait list, shall be filled on first come first serve basis by those candidates meeting the criteria laid down by APSCHE, until such date of completion of all admissions, or the last date for category B Admissions as announced by the APSCHE, whichever is earlier.

The campus is Ragging Free. Candidates, who do not comply with the guidelines issued by the Anti Ragging Act, shall be dealt with in accordance with the norms of the Act.
